Download backup database from a shared server

FTP is an older technology, and as such there are hundreds of applications hich support FTP. In the example video, we utilize FileZilla. filezilla is a free FTP client which is available for MacOS and Microsoft Windows. The 'cliff notes' version of the video states that you can access your backups with the same credentials you use with the FileMaker Admin Console.

The server URL will be found in your 'provisioning' email. In the video, we show as an example; but you should utilize whichever server was defined for your account.
